Personal Training Sessions

Sessions are available for everyone - no matter your current fitness level.
• Your initial 45-60 minute consult is completely free.
• Your trainer will help you discover your optimal heart-rate training range
• Your trainer will setup and demonstrate the exercises selected for your individualized program.
• Training sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes.
• We provide towels and a water station for your convenience.Your initial consult is free  please allow 45 minutes to an hour.  During your workout we have hand towels and a water dispenser for convenience, most clients bring a sports bottle to fill.

Means that, because we all are unique individuals, we will all have a slightly different response to an exercise program.

Pair Training

We offer small group training for those who wish to train with a friend or family member.  This is a proven training method to add more fun and support with a loved one.
