Rates
Personal Training
We DO NOT offer open gym memberships. We offer a variety of affordable rates that are dependent upon your choice of one-on-one training vs. training as a part of a focused small group.
You can choose a discounted "package" of sessions or pay-as-you-go, we make it easy for you!
Price range: From $30.00 to $45.00 per session
Massage Therapy Rates
Half-Hour Session/s.... $40.00
One Hour Session/s.... $60.00
Every Additional Half-Hour over One Hour....
$25.00
Chair massage ..... $1.00 / minute (10, 15 and 30 minute sessions)
Reiki Sessions
1 Hour Session.... $60.00
Reflexology Sessions
1 Hour Session.... $50.00
